Guest Experience Host: Retail & Bar

Merlin Entertainments is looking for a Retail and Bar Host at the London Dungeon and Shrek’s Adventure! London. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage visual merchandising, and create memorable experiences for guests, all while working in a fun and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, experience in retail or hospitality, and be able to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Aged 18+ is required for this position due to alcohol service.
