Packing Bay Operative – Padeswood

Location: Padeswood

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating Arodo and Ventomatic packing machines safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out first‑line maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the Packing Bay.
• Using a Forklift Truck (FLT) to unload plant deliveries and load outgoing wagons.
• Supporting general warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation.
• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets and KPIs.
• Following all Heidelberg Materials UK processes to ensure safe working practices at all times.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environment.
• FLT licence (or willingness to train).
• Strong focus on health & safety.
• A proactive and reliable team player.
• Ability to work to targets in a fast‑paced environment.
