Bletchley£28,500 per annum + 23 days holiday (plus Christmas shut down) + 5% PensionMonday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and highly regarded electrical manufacturer based in Bletchley. You’ll be joining a friendly, close‑knit warehouse team of four, working in a fast‑paced environment where teamwork and communication are key.
The Role
This is a hands‑on position responsible for managing material movement within a busy warehouse and supporting manufacturing operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring materials flow efficiently across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking goods in and out of the warehouse
- Checking deliveries against documentation for accuracy
- Picking materials for customer and manufacturing orders
- Line‑side feeding to support production requirements
- Working closely with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations
- Liaising with drivers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting inventory control
About You
- Previous experience in a warehouse, goods‑in, or material handling role is essential
- Forklift truck experience is desirable (training can be provided if needed)
- Exposure to MRP systems would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with drivers and colleagues
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
