Pay and Hours
- Colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour; increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25.
- Night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am.
- Additional payments may apply depending on location.
- Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week; flexible options for 12 hours if desired.

Responsibilities
- Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.

- Work across store in service, picking and replenishment areas.
- Apply training to work safely and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines.

- Understand store performance, drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, deliver profit.
- Handle products with care, keep quality.

- May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
