Role Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations to guests
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a high standard of presentation
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, including table setup and clearing
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential
