We are looking for a Day Porter to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate will be passionate, consistently perform at the highest level ensuring all Lympstone Manor standards are met, work as a team to provide the very best customer service, ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the industry and similar hotels desirable.
What you’ll be doing
- Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing a concierge service to guests on request
- Assisting with breakfast service/early morning trays as required
- Providing a valeting service to all guests, including parking, cleaning and polishing of cars
- Offering all guests assistance where possible, including luggage, shoe polishing and laundry services
