As a Shop Volunteer, you can help raise valuable funds to support Concern Worldwide’s life saving work across the world.

We need passionate, friendly volunteers to help our shops thrive! Whether you have a flair for fashion, love keeping things tidy, or enjoy chatting to people, we have a role for you.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Steaming and prepping donated clothes
• Merchandising and styling our shop floor and window displays
• Managing the till and helping customers
• Running the shop floor

No previous experience? No problem — we’ll support you with full training and a warm welcome into our volunteer family.

Flexible – hours are based on your availability and other factors.
