We are looking for a dedicated Baker to join our store team. The role requires a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for those interested in 12 hours.

Mon‑Fri: 04:00‑14:00Sat: 00:00‑12:00
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake fresh products throughout the day, minimising waste and ensuring high quality.
- Handle products carefully to maintain quality and deliver in the best condition.
- Adhere to all food hygiene, safety and allergen guidelines at all times.
- Use machinery safely, checking emergency stop buttons and reporting any issues to the Shift Leader/Team Manager.
- Dispose of waste responsibly, following food waste and recycling routines.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Build rapport with customers, greeting them with a smile and serving them with pride.
- Be able to work independently and well within a team, communicating openly with others.
- Be at work on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Pass a basic health and safety qualification or have relevant experience.
- Have a passion for delivering great service and a commitment to quality.
- Be over 18 to apply for this role.
- Have experience or a strong interest in bakery products and fresh production.
- Able to work flexible hours within the availability window.
- Have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Be committed to a safe working environment and able to follow procedures.
