Pay: £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25; additional payments may apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12).

Responsibilities
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services in the store.
- Work across the store in servicing, picking and replenishment areas.
- Put into practice the training received – work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs in time.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance, collaborate to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in best condition.
- Live the values, make everyone feel welcome, and always follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
