Office Cleaner ( 5 hours per week)

MPA are currently recruiting a Cleaner to work in the Coleraine area. The position will be based within an office setting in Coleraine town. Hours are every Monday & Thursday from 8:15 to 10:45am (these are fixed days/hours).

Job Duties

• Cleaning of all furniture/fittings and general dusting duties.
• Floor maintenance duties to include use of vacuum cleaners.
• Cleaning all sanitary areas.
• Cleaning of walls, picture frames, noticeboards, handrails, and spot cleaning of windows.

Essential Criteria

• Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Knowledge of the role of a Domestic Assistant.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and follow written instructions.
• Ability to work independently.

Further Information

• Pay £12.71 per hour.
• Holiday allowance.
• Weekly pay.
