Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Band 3 Switchboard/Receptionist to provide high-quality reception services at Northcroft. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, performing switchboard functionalities and liaising with healthcare professionals.

Prior reception experience and a level 2 qualification in administration/customer care are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The salary is between £25,760 and £27,476 per year, pro rata.
