Job Description

MPA Recruitment Ballymena are recruiting a Skilled Labourer / Multi Skilled Operative for ongoing construction and maintenance work in Castledawson.

This is a hands‑on role working across void and tenanted properties, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

If you have experience in construction, labouring, maintenance or a trade background (plastering, joinery, painting), this role will suit you.

Key Responsibilities

• General labouring and site support
• Property maintenance and repair work
• Basic plastering, patching, painting and snagging
• Assisting trades on site (joiners, plumbers, electricians)
• Working on void and occupied properties
• Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, labouring or maintenance
• Ability to carry out a range of practical tasks
• Good work ethic and reliability
• CSR card preferred
• Driving licence desirable but not essential

Desirable Experience

• Plastering, joinery or painting background
• Property maintenance or refurbishment experience
• Experience working on building sites or housing projects
