Responsibilities
- Assist with the smooth running of our busy school.
- Communicate confidently with staff, students, parents and visitors in a positive and professional manner.
- Be well‑organised, efficient and able to use a range of software in an extremely busy environment.
- Demonstrate strong administration skills, discretion, integrity and the ability to work well under pressure and independently.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an educational establishment is desirable but not essential.
- Interest in training as a first aider would be desirable.
- Fluency in spoken English.
- Ability to provide two suitable references.
- Subject to all necessary pre‑employment checks: Enhanced DBS, Prohibition check (teaching), qualifications, medical fitness, identity and right to work.
- This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.
