Night Porter

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact when checking in late arrivals and walk‑ins.
• Provide a warm, friendly and genuine welcome.
• Maintain front‑of‑house cleanliness, including external and breakfast areas; set up meeting rooms for the next day.
• Ensure guest and business safety and security at all times.
• In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve guest complaints to ensure a pleasant stay.

Qualifications

• Passionate about guest care.
• Can‑do attitude and professionalism under pressure.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent verbal communication.
• Understanding of excellent guest service.
