Recycling Operative

We are looking for x5 recycling operatives to start in Hinckley

Working pattern – Monday – Friday (05:30-14:00)

Starting ASAP with a potential Temp To Perm position for the suitable candidate

Pay Rate- £13.30ph overtime rate £19.95ph after standard working hours

The Role:

• Baling and recycling card and plastic
• Manually sort and segregate waste types into various streams for recycling
• Ensure the working area complies with Health and Safety laws
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, proactive and methodical
• Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility
• Due to the physically demanding nature of the role, fitness is essential
