Balibaris counts 62 stores today, with 2 of them based in the UK, and boldly plans to expand to 100 stores in the next 5 years.

Your responsibilities
- Welcoming customers, taking an interest in them and creating a relationship of trust with them.
- Listening to them, exchanging ideas and sharing a pleasant moment of conviviality.
- Presenting articles, developing a technical knowledge on the products and highlighting them through a speech and a posture.
- Ensuring impeccable service throughout the visit, whether it is a purchase.
- Ensuring that stocks are kept up to date so that customers are always satisfied.
- Respect internal procedures.
- Ensuring quality after-sales service.
- Promote the brand.
Your profile
- Successful experience of at least 2 years in Retail
- Good listening and relationship skills
- Sense of service and persuasion
