Work Location & Schedule
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, weekends included
- Able to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required)
Seasonal Sales Associate
The Seasonal Sales Associate is part of a team committed to excellence. Obsessed with customers and sustainability, we use technology to create a unique interaction between customers, employees, and the Reformation brand. This role reports to the Store Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement
- Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers
- Deliver and foster an excellent client experience with a customer‑first mindset to build long‑term loyal relationships
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying brand values and sharing sustainability stories
- Maintain outstanding customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation through NPS
- Ensure consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store
- Contribute to Loss Prevention across all business areas
- Uphold time and attendance policy
- Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards at all times
- Share deep knowledge of product with genuine enthusiasm
- Communicate product feedback to improve merchandising
- Help ensure the store environment is inspiring and products are easily accessible
- Understand and reflect core values and culture of Reformation in all efforts
- Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working in a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and effectiveness with diverse personalities
- Driven approach to take on new challenges with self‑motivation for work and career growth
Compensation
The anticipated base hourly pay is £13 per hour, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity. The total rewards package includes benefits, perks, and opportunities for growth.
