We’re recruiting for a Production Engineer on behalf of a leading manufacturer within the crushing & screening sector.

You’ll work closely with the Production Manager and wider engineering team, supporting manufacturing operations, improving processes and helping drive continuous improvement across the factory.

The Role

• Support production activities and provide engineering assistance across manufacturing departments
• Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production documentation
• Assist with engineering changes, drawing updates and manufacturing improvements
• Provide technical support to production supervisors and shop floor teams
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and streamline production processes
• Liaise with engineering, production and aftersales teams to ensure projects run smoothly
• Support the introduction of new products and engineering change notices
• Produce and maintain manufacturing documentation and technical records

What We’re Looking For

• Third-level qualification in an Engineering discipline
• 2+ years’ experience within a production engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of BOMs and production-related documentation
• Good working knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Excel

Desirable

• Degree in an Engineering discipline
• Experience within heavy manufacturing, crushing & screening, quarrying or recycling equipment
• Experience using SigmaNEST and/or Steel Projects
