We are opening a brand-new, fully refurbished children’s home in a beautiful residential area of Newcastle, designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for young people with Learning Disabilities (LD). Backed by an established provider with decades of experience supporting children and young people, the service is built around: Individualised, person-centred care We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) to take full ownership of this new home. Lead the registration process with Ofsted Drive positive outcomes for children and young people Embed a strong culture of safeguarding, compliance and quality care
For Registered Manager applicants: Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care At least one Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 Safeguarding & compliance Leading shifts Supporting inspections Level 3 and or working towards Level 5
