Location: MaidenheadA well-established golf club is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and reliable Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, quality ingredients. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on chef who enjoys producing great food for a discerning membership in a friendly, professional environment.You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared food across a wide range of services, from daily clubhouse dining to team matches, private functions and special events.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of the kitchenPreparing and cooking fresh food for members and eventsSupporting the planning and delivery of menus for matches, private functions and themed eveningsMaintaining high standards of food quality and presentationEnsuring full compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulationsMonitoring stock levels and assisting with orderingSupporting food cost control while maintaining excellent qualityWorking closely with the Front of House team to coordinate events
Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step upPassion for cooking fresh food from scratchStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsCustomer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude xwzovoh Own transport essential due to rural location
