We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Retail & Catering Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced operation at TESC Wathgill. This role offers full responsibility for the unit, combining retail, food service, and team leadership, with a strong focus on standards and client relationships.What You’ll Be Doing Managing the day-to-day retail and catering operation, ensuring smooth serviceDelivering high-quality food and a consistently strong customer experienceLeading, motivating, and developing your teamManaging budgets, labour, stock, and financial controlsDriving Health & Safety and Food Safety complianceBuilding strong relationships with clients and continuously improving serviceOverseeing menu planning, food production, and waste controlAbout You Experience in a Unit Manager, Retail Manager, or Catering Manager roleStrong leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentConfident managing budgets and operational KPIsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsProactive, organised, and hands-on approachLevel 3 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable)
