Role Overview

We are collaborating with a leading investment bank that has a strong track record in technology M&A and has advised high‑profile clients in the tech sector. The firm is recruiting a Vice President to join its Technology M&A team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of transactions, including technology acquisitions, disposals and management buy‑outs for expanding software and other tech businesses.
• Work closely with clients, advising them on deal strategy and structuring.
• Take responsibility for due diligence and other reports for clients.
• Supervise junior team members.

Qualifications

• Background in M&A, corporate development or private equity.
• Experience in tech deal execution.
• Technically excellent.
