Senior Recruitment Consultant – Marketing and Digital (Analytics, Product, Research, Insights and CRM) at Harnham – London, UK

Ready to take Martech to the next level? A globally recognised luxury brand is on the hunt for a Senior Manager – Martech Strategy to join their Central EMEA team and drive forward cutting-edge marketing technology transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Martech strategy and optimisation across CRM, CDP, and clientelling platforms

  • Drive the migration to a new CDP (Zeta), improving data activation, segmentation, and campaign execution

  • Oversee the rollout of a new clientelling system—a major focus for high-value customer engagement

  • Define and monitor data quality KPIs, manage data governance, and streamline customer data processes

  • Support campaign enablement with data auditing, testing, and marketing insights

  • Collaborate across marketing, tech, CRM, and data teams to ensure all systems talk to each other effectively

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4-5+ years’ experience in Martech, CRM strategy, or digital transformation

  • Proven success in CRM platforms and CDP migrations

  • A strong grasp of data architecture, marketing systems, and platform integrations

  • Solid project management skills—ability to rally cross-functional teams and maintain clear vision

  • Background in retail or luxury is a plus

  • Curious, collaborative, and driven to make marketing smarter and more personalised
