Our client, a Top 100 law firm, has a well‑established private client offering and is looking to leverage this captive client base to build out a contentious trusts & probate practice. This role suits an existing senior associate/director looking for a future route to partner or, depending on the business case, immediate partnership, or an existing partner looking for a more attractive platform.
Candidates must be dedicated contentious trusts & probate specialists and E&W qualified.
