Solicitor – Corporate – Cardiff – 3 Years PQELocation: Cardiff (Office-based)Type of Role: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £55,000 to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
The Role
You’ll work closely with an experienced corporate team on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity and investment transactions
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements and governance matters
- Joint ventures and commercial arrangements
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high value deals
- Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- Around 3 years PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Confidence managing transactions and communicating with clients
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a busy office environment
- A desire to contribute to the continued growth of the Cardiff office
