We’re looking for an experienced Compensation Manager to join our City‑Based financial services client on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have a deep understanding of compensation & benefits
- Oversee the management and communication of the benefits
- Experience within projects (i.e. EU Pay transparency/gender pay gap)
