What You’ll Do
TheAIFactoryProduct Builderrole sits within BCGs centralized AI Factory and focuses onbuilding AI-enabled products, tools, anddeliveryassets that scale across the firm.These assets are designed to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and evolve how BCG teams work and support our clients.AI Product Builders work closely with front-line consultants, offer teams, and product leadership toidentifyrepeatable challenges and opportunities across BCGs ways of working. They then design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutionsagents, services, and workflowsthat can be adopted broadly across practices, regions, and client contexts.This role blendsproduct thinking, applied AI, and hands-on execution. Success is measured by shipped assets, adoption by consulting teams, and tangible impact on delivery speed and quality.
WHAT YOULL DO
As anAIProduct Builderwithin BCGsAI Factory (AIF), you will leverage exposure to real client workflows to break apart processes, identify leverage points, and rapidly develop and deploy AI solutions (including agents built usingClaude Code and other leading AI tools) that accelerate delivery, improve quality, and unlock new ways of working.You will help turn successful solutions intoreusable assets, patterns, and acceleratorsthat scale across similar engagements and portfolios.All of this is done in service of BCGs One BCG mindset – bridging consulting judgment, technical execution, and long-term capability building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Build AI-enabled products and assets
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and services that support BCGs consulting offers and delivery processes
- Translate business and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutions
- Ensure solutions are usable by non-technical consulting teams and aligned with BCG standards
Improve and reimagine consulting workflows
- Break down existing consulting and delivery processes to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, or redesign
- Experiment with new AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality
- Rapidly iterate based on feedback, usage data, and evolving needs
Operate with a product mindset
- Partner with AI Factory product, platform, and engineering teams on architecture, prioritization, and roadmap decisions
- Balance speed of experimentation with robustness, security, and maintainability
- Document patterns, approaches, and best practices to enable reuse and scaling
Collaborate across the firm
- Work closely with front-line consultants and offering teams to understand real delivery challenges
- Act as a connector between product, technology, and consulting perspectives
- Contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing across the AI Factory and broader BCG community

What You’ll Bring
Required:
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions that improve operational or delivery outcomes
- Must have hands-on experience withClaude/Markdown-based development
- Experience working end-to-end: from problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- English fluency (verbal and written) and comfort working in global teams
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a track record of building working solutions
Required Tool: Claude Code
Preferred:
- Prior experience acting as an innovator within a larger organization
- Strong academic background
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
