• Lease negotiations and renewals.

• Secured lending transactions.
• General commercial property advisory work.

Candidate

Ideal candidates should have:

• 2+ years’ PQE within commercial property.
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills.
• The ability to manage files independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A commercial and proactive approach to work.
