Role Description
This full‑time, on‑site role as a Private Client Solicitor is based at our office in Stockport. The primary responsibilities include providing legal advice and assistance to private clients on matters such as wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate. The role also involves liaising with clients, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires excellent client relationship management and attention to detail in delivering legal services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, with expertise in wills, trusts, and probate matters.
- Knowledge and experience in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate.
- Understanding of Family Law and Labor and Employment Law.
- Strong client service and communication skills to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and admission to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members.
- Previous experience in private client services is advantageous but not mandatory.
