Our client are seeking a Senior Driving Consultant based in a busy office in Rotherham. The role is to manage and develop a driving desk and grow client relationships to maximise the full profit of the desk.

Job Description

• Maximise the profitability of the desk
• Provide a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates
• Develop and maintain existing client relationships
• Win and develop new business by means of sales calls and client visits
• Resource and interview quality candidates

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven track record of success in recruitment, within an agency environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing high‑performing teams
• Exceptional sales and business development abilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
• Results‑driven and proactive mindset with a passion for delivering excellence
• Competitive base salary of up to £32k, plus uncapped commission
