Senior Sales Manager
NW London (NW10) | Permanent, Full-time contract (Monday – Friday, 40 hrs/wk) | £52,000+ DOE + benefits
We’re Granger Hertzog — a furniture and prop hire company working across Film, TV, Photography, Advertising and Events. From major productions and editorial shoots to luxury events and brand activations, we help creative teams bring their ideas to life with an extensive collection of contemporary, mid-century and vintage furniture for hire.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the business forward.
This is not a traditional corporate sales management role. We’re a creative logistics company of around 40 people, so you’ll be involved in much more than sales targets and reporting. You’ll lead our sales team, build relationships with key clients and industry suppliers, contribute to business strategy, support people management and HR, and work closely with directors on the day-to-day running and future growth of the company.
One day you might be working on a major client project, another reviewing sales performance, improving internal processes, supporting recruitment, or helping shape future collection development and pricing.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong leadership and people management experience (minimum 5 years in a management position)
- Is commercially minded and confident managing client relationships
- Understands the importance of excellent customer service and how to deliver it
- Has a passion for people and beautiful products in equal measure
- Can turn data and insights into practical business improvements
- Enjoys working collaboratively across teams
- Is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving business
- Is a confident communicator with proven HR and people management experience
- Thrives when faced with challenges; able to problem-solve and handle difficult situations with bravery and tact
- Has experience in a related industry such as events, hospitality, creative production, interiors, fashion, luxury retail or hire/rental
