The Opportunity
MRSL Group has been retained by a leading international manufacturer within the Electronic Components industry to recruit an Area Sales Manager responsible for Southern Europe.
This is a relationship-led sales position focused on growing business through established distribution partners, supporting customer projects, and creating demand across key European markets.
If you enjoy building long-term partnerships, influencing distributor sales teams, and developing opportunities from concept through to production, this could be an excellent next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing key distributor relationships across Southern Europe.
- Working closely with distributors to identify and win new business opportunities.
- Supporting OEM customer projects and design-in activity.
- Conducting customer visits, presentations, and product training.
- Driving demand creation and long-term revenue growth.
- Attending customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events across Europe.
- Acting as the commercial face of the business within your territory.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within the Electronic Components industry.
- Background in component distribution or manufacturing sales.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- Understanding of design-led sales cycles.
- Knowledge of power supplies, AC-DC, or DC-DC products would be advantageous.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
