Job Description:

A highly regarded global investment firm is seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Onboarding & Operations Assistant/Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with 1- 3 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding or workforce coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

You will play a key part in delivering a seamless onboarding experience across Europe, Asia, and the US, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional stakeholder support at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding & offboarding – coordinate documentation, systems access, and day‑one readiness
  • Oversee global background checks – track progress, escalate delays, and maintain compliance
  • Support workforce changes – including contractors, internal transfers, and extensions
  • Maintain HR/CRM systems – ensure data accuracy and timely updates
  • Partner with internal stakeholders – heads of departments globally
  • Assist with reporting & controls – support operational checks, budgeting/ finance and process documentation

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations, onboarding, or people coordination
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
  • A hunger to learn and develop

5 days in office | 9am – 6pm | £20 inclusive of holiday pay
