Are you a high-performing National Account Manager with strong retail relationships across the toy, gifting, nursery or FMCG sectors?

We are entering an exciting new phase of expansion across the UK & Ireland — and we are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to help accelerate that growth.

The Opportunity

This newly created role is focused on developing and expanding strategic partnerships with major national and multinational retailers across the UK & Ireland.

You will take ownership of both existing and new business opportunities, helping drive distribution, increase market share and maximise revenue growth across key retail accounts.

You will work closely with senior leadership, product development, marketing and operations teams to deliver commercially successful launches and long-term retail growth.

This role offers genuine autonomy, strong earning potential and the opportunity to make a visible commercial impact within a fast-growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

National Account Development

• Develop and grow relationships with major UK & Ireland retail accounts

• Identify and secure new national account opportunities

• Build strategic partnerships that deliver long-term commercial growth

• Manage and grow high-volume retail accounts across multiple categories

Retail & Commercial Growth

• Present new product ranges, licensed collections and seasonal opportunities

• Deliver compelling buyer presentations and commercial proposals

• Drive product listings, promotional activity and range expansion

• Identify opportunities for exclusives, promotions and category growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, operations, supply chain and product teams

• Ensure successful product launches and smooth account delivery

• Support forecasting, planning and promotional execution

Market Expansion

• Utilise existing retail relationships to accelerate growth

• Develop new business pipelines across toys, gifting, early years and seasonal categories

• Maintain strong awareness of retail trends, competitor activity and category opportunities

About You

We are looking for a commercially astute and highly connected Senior National Account Manager who understands how to build profitable retail partnerships within fast-paced consumer sectors.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience managing national retail accounts

• Existing relationships within toy, gifting, nursery, early years or FMCG sectors

• Strong experience working with high-volume retail customers

• A successful track record in winning new business and driving growth

• Confidence presenting products and negotiating commercially

• Excellent organisation, communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, resilient and results-driven mindset

• The ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with a wider team

Experience working with retailers such as Aldi, Lidl, Tesco, Asda, Argos/Sainsbury’s, Waterstones and WHSmith would be highly advantageous.
