- owth.Ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Payments, and Finance lea
- ders.Demonstrated success scaling teams, implementing processes, and driving organisational matu
- rity.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance technical credibility and business v
- alue.Experience within payments, embedded finance, banking technology, financial infrastructure, or adjacent FinTech markets is highly desir
