Electrical Project Manager

We are partnering with a premier Tier 1 M&E Contractor to secure an Electrical Project Manager for their major projects team in Central London. This contractor is highly respected for tackling complex engineering challenges and boasts a collaborative culture with a secured, high-value pipeline.

The Opportunity:

• Take total ownership of electrical packages on flagship schemes valued up to £40M.
• Central London (well-connected sites with modern working environments).
• You will spearhead the electrical delivery from pre-construction and design coordination through to testing, commissioning, and final handover. You will manage specialist sub-contractors, oversee the commercial health of the electrical package, and serve as the key point of contact for the client.

What we are looking for:

• A solid track record of delivering electrical packages worth £15M+ within a Tier 1 or prominent Tier 2 M&E contractor.
• Strong technical knowledge across LV/HV distribution, lighting, security, and complex building management systems (BMS).
• Sharp commercial acumen and a proactive approach to managing risk and variations.
• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, SMSTS, etc.).
