We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team within their Belfast office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an innovative global Real Estate practice, working on a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. The candidate’s role will involve advising and supporting leading multi-national corporates with their occupational requirements in the UK, managing commercial property transactions, assisting with due diligence and post completion matters, and assisting on all UK real estate investment acquisitions and disposals.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
- 3-6 PQE;
- Strong background in commercial property law and transactions. Experience in energy and infrastructure highly advantageous;
- Excellent commercial awareness;
- Outstanding academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
