About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Advisor to join our team in Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate sales professional to thrive within a busy new homes environment, supporting customers throughout their homebuying journey while helping drive site performance and sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to completion
- Manage and nurture sales leads to maximise opportunities and conversions
- Conduct professional property viewings and present show homes to a high standard
- Advise customers on the buying process, including available schemes and incentives
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and third parties
- Keep customer records and sales progression updated accurately on internal systems
- Meet and exceed individual and site sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in new homes sales or a strong background in a target-driven sales environment
- Motivated, ambitious, and results-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
