Role: Architectural Technician

Rate of Pay: £20-£25 per hour

We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Technician to join our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality technical information.
About the Role:
You’ll support projects from planning through to construction, producing accurate technical drawings and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Technical drawing production — preparing detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Building warrant submissions — compiling documentation and liaising with local authorities.
- Consultant collaboration — working closely with engineers, surveyors, and project managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in a UK architectural practice
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Solid understanding of Building Regulations and warrant procedures
- Ability to produce accurate, coordinated technical information
- Strong communication and organisational skills
