  • Support data entry, tracking, and housekeeping of procurement information
  • Work across ERP systems (e.g. D365, SAP, or similar)

  • Support document control processes in line with business requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across all procurement documentation

General Administrative Support

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the procurement function
  • Assist with quotations, tenders, and purchasing activities as required
  • Contribute to a highly structured, process-driven working environment

About You:

You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual, looking to develop your career within procurement, supply chain, or operations.

You enjoy working in structured environments, are comfortable using systems, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

You’ll bring:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative, procurement, or office-based role
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confidence working with IT systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised, and willing-to-learn mindset

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience working in procurement or supply chain environments
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as D365, SAP, or similar
  • Experience in regulated or structured environments

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • Early in their career and keen to develop
  • Comfortable with process-driven work and data handling
  • Engaging, adaptable, and open to learning new systems

Why Join?

  • Full training provided on systems and processes
  • Exposure to multiple sectors, including engineering and pharma
  • Supportive, team-focused environment
  • Competitive salary (£27,864 – £35,864)

Location & Working Pattern:

  • Based on-site in Sedgefield (5 days per week)
  • Monday–Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
  • Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
