Key responsibilities for this Paid Media Executive include:
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads with a focus on delivering strong performance for clients.
- Supporting integrated multi-channel strategies by collaborating closely with the Organic, Data, Creative and Tech teams to deliver aligned client outcomes
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to achieve key performance targets such as CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Continuously analyse and refine campaigns to improve targeting, ad copy, and landing page performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results. Utilising Google tools and other reporting software
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships through transparent communication and commercially focused recommendations
- Producing detailed reports and presenting campaign insights, strategic recommendations and performance updates internally and to clients
What you need for this Paid Media Executive job:
- Already have 1-2 years’ experience working in a Paid Media role at either Assistant or Paid Media Executive level, from agency side or in-house
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics 4
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Awareness of automation, AI-led bidding strategies and machine-learning driven campaign management approaches
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting or media planning would be advantageous
