Construction Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a fast-growing, office-based construction business. This is a key leadership role within a supportive and ambitious company operating in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple live construction projects (typically 5–6 at any one time), ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion, with full commercial and contractual oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction contracts from inception through to practical completion
- Oversee contract administration, commercial management, and risk control
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions (e.g. JCT / NEC where applicable)
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, clients, and sub-contractors
- Prepare and review interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Maintain cost control and ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
- Provide leadership and direction in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
About You:
- Proven experience as a Construction Contracts Manager (or similar senior commercial role)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Office-based working experience preferred
