People & Talent Manager – Live Entertainment

This role is 5 days a week onsite, but there will be some flexibility to wfh on Wednesdays dependant on business needs

We are partnering with this industry-leading company, to find them an ambitious, people-first People & Talent Manager to join their London head office. You will play a key role in building exceptional teams, developing future talent and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
You’ll sit at the heart of the business, helping attract outstanding people, support managers, improve employee experience and strengthen a culture built on creativity, collaboration and high performance.
Working with a headcount of around 40 people, we are looking for a true HR generalist, who has an SME background, ideally within live entertainment, or similar industry.
Day to day duties:
Talent & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across key business areas
- Develop future talent initiatives, including internship programmes
- Write engaging job adverts and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Build relationships with recruiters, universities and talent networks
- Support onboarding and induction for new starters
- Help build talent pipelines for future growth
People & Culture
- Support managers to build high-performing teams
- Coordinate performance reviews, probation processes and development plans
- Help deliver learning and development initiatives
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing and retention programmes
- Foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive culture
Operations & Workplace Experience
- Support day-to-day people operations and administration
- Maintain people systems and employee records
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working
- Use technology and AI tools to drive efficiency and organisation
- Help create a welcoming and inspiring office environment
Team Engagement
- Organise socials, celebrations and team events
- Support recognition and reward initiatives
- Help create memorable employee experiences across the business
