A leading Silver Circle law firm is looking to add an Associate (2PQE+) to it’s London Private Equity team. The group advises financial sponsors, investment managers, portfolio companies and corporate clients on mid-market and upper mid-market transactions, with particular strength across technology, life sciences, financial services, infrastructure and other regulated sectors.
The work will include buyouts, disposals, bolt-on acquisitions, portfolio company M&A, co-investments, management equity arrangements, restructurings and exits. The team is well positioned for associates who want broad private capital exposure with transactions often involving cross-border elements and close collaboration with specialists in finance, tax, funds, regulatory, employment and incentives.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ PQE gained at a highly regarded international or City firm. You should have solid M&A/PE experience, strong drafting skills, commercial judgement and the confidence to take on meaningful responsibility.
