The Role
The successful candidate will advise across the full private equity transaction lifecycle, working on matters that typically involve significant deal values, sophisticated structuring, and multi-jurisdictional coordination.
Work spans leveraged buyouts, take-private transactions, acquisitions and disposals, equity investments, carve-out transactions, exits and realisations, refinancing-related work, portfolio company M&A, strategic investments, and broader sponsor-led mandates.
