The Opportunity
A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its growing disputes practice.
Working closely with an established Litigation Partner, you will gain exposure to a broad range of complex, high value and often international disputes. The team acts for entrepreneurs, corporates, investors, family offices and high net worth individuals across a variety of sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigator seeking greater responsibility, direct client exposure and a genuine platform for career progression.
The Work
The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of contentious matters including:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Civil fraud and asset tracing matters
- Injunctive relief and urgent applications
- Domestic and international arbitration
- Professional negligence claims
- Real estate and property-related disputes
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation
- Enforcement proceedings and asset recovery
The team regularly handles complex matters involving significant commercial and reputational risk and works closely with clients to develop strategic dispute resolution solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Between 2–4 years’ PQE gained within a recognised litigation practice
- Strong technical ability and drafting skills
- Experience managing matters with appropriate supervision
- Commercial awareness and strong client relationship skills
- Interest in complex commercial disputes and international matters
- Experience of High Court litigation would be advantageous
