Community Support Worker – South Warwickshire

Band 3 Clinical Support Worker – Leg Ulcer Team North.

All work based at Royal Leamington Spa Rehabilitation, covering both clinics across South Warwickshire and home visits. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients affected by leg ulcers, assisting and delivering an individualised plan of care.
• Provide high‑quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction of registered staff.
• Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to support the safe, effective and compassionate care of patients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Motivated, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
• Well‑organised and competent, with a particular interest in wound care.
• Community post – ability to travel to all site locations within South Warwickshire is essential.
• Band 3 Clinical Support Worker, with the ability to work under indirect supervision.
