Part time Senior Support Worker – £13.92 per hour

Orchard House, Withington

Work Schedule

  • Part time – 21 hours a week
  • Shift pattern: 07:30‑15:00 / 14:45‑22:15

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Team Leader and complete medication management.
  • Deliver a high standard of care to service users using the latest care technology.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, health professionals and the line manager.
  • Write and maintain care plans and keep the line manager informed of residents’ needs and progress.
  • Follow guidance, policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility, patience, caring, organisational skills and a good team player.
  • Completion or working towards a QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
