Cumberland Council is looking for dedicated individuals to become Shared Lives Carers. This unique role allows you to provide support for adults with additional needs within your home, helping them develop life skills while providing companionship and support for various activities.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from your scheme worker. This self-employed role offers flexibility in hours, tax benefits, and allowances of up to £687 per week for long-term arrangements, along with the opportunity to become part of a supportive community.
