Location: Hinchley Wood, KT10
Salary: Up to 16.50ph DOE
Working Hours:
- Full Time; 41.75 hrs
- Monday 08:45-18:00
- Tuesday 08:45-19:00
- Wednesday 08:45-18:00
- Thursday 08:45-18:00
- Friday 08:15-16:00
Practice information:
- Mixed practice, SOE software
- 5mins walk from train station/ good bus routes
- Free parking on local roads (less than 5mins walk)
Responsibilities
- Managing the front desk and welcoming patients
- Booking and managing appointments and clinician diaries
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and managing patient accounts
- Managing recalls and follow-up appointments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Liaising closely with dentists and dental nurses
- Ensuring reception runs efficiently and professionally
